Vylarsedit offers a 30-day window for addressing issues with your order. This period commences on the specific day your package is delivered to your doorstep.

If you identify a problem with your purchase, such as receiving a damaged item or an incorrect product that does not match your order details, you must notify us within this 30-day timeframe to qualify for a resolution.

Criteria for Returns

We accept returns only under the following two circumstances:

1. Damaged Items: If the product arrives with physical defects or signs of damage that occurred prior to delivery.

2. Incorrect Products: If the item delivered is fundamentally different from the one you selected on our website.

3. Wrong Fit: In case you received a dress that is not the right fit, you can have it exchanged.

Initiating the Process

There are no additional costs for this service; the pickup logistics are entirely on us. We do not apply any restocking fees for items returned due to damage or shipping errors.

Inspection and Resolution

Once the returned item reaches our facility, our team requires 24 hours to conduct a thorough inspection of the product’s condition. This step is necessary to confirm the nature of the damage or the error in fulfillment. Following the inspection, we will proceed with one of two solutions:

  • Replacement: We will arrange for a new item to be sent to your address as quickly as possible, provided the stock is available.
  • Full Refund: In cases where a replacement is unavailable or the item is beyond a simple fix, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Refund Mechanism via Bank Transfer

Because Vylarsedit operates strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis , we do not possess your banking or credit card information at the time of the initial transaction. If a refund is approved, our team will contact you via email to request your bank account details.

Upon receiving these details, we will initiate a bank transfer for the full amount. Please note that once the refund is processed on our end, it typically takes up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. This duration depends on the internal processing times of your specific banking provider.
