Vylarsedit operates exclusively within the borders of Singapore. We do not provide shipping, delivery, or support services for locations outside of this region.
By using our platform, you confirm that you are a resident of Singapore or are purchasing for delivery to a valid Singaporean residential or business address.
We strive to provide a predictable schedule for receiving your selections. Our standard delivery timeline is 4 business days from the moment you confirm your order. This period includes 2 business days dedicated to order packaging and dispatch preparations. Once your items leave our facility, the remaining 2 business days are allocated for local logistics and final transport to your doorstep.
Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays observed in Singapore.
Vylarsedit utilizes a Cash on Delivery (COD) model for all transactions. This means we collect the full payment at the time of delivery at your specified address. We believe in transparency, which is why we apply no hidden charges or additional shipping costs to your total.
The price you see at checkout is the exact amount you provide to our logistics partner upon arrival. Because we operate via COD, we do not store or process your credit card information or other electronic payment details during the checkout phase.
You may request an order cancellation as long as the items remain within our physical possession. However, once an order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, the cancellation window closes.
At this stage, the delivery process must be completed as scheduled. We encourage you to review your selections thoroughly before finalizing your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
We provide a 30-day return window that begins on the date of delivery. This policy applies strictly to instances where you receive a damaged or incorrect item. To initiate a return, please send an email to fashion@vylarsedit.com. Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange a pickup from your address at no cost to you; we cover all logistics expenses for these specific cases.
Upon the item reaching our facility, we require 24 hours to inspect the condition of the returned product. Following this inspection, we will pursue one of the following paths:
1. Replacement: We will arrange to send a new, identical item to you immediately.
2. Refund: If the item/size is unavailable or the damage cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund.
Since our initial transaction is via COD, we do not have your banking information. We will contact you via email to request your bank details to facilitate a transfer.
Once we initiate the refund, it typically takes up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on the processing speeds of your specific banking provider.
Please be aware that Vylarsedit does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests due to a change of mind.
We ask that you only proceed with a purchase if you are completely certain about your choice. Furthermore, we do not apply any restocking fees for items that qualify for a return under our damage or incorrect item criteria.
