Vylarsedit operates and delivers only within the borders of Singapore. We do not provide international shipping or cross-border logistics services. By placing an order on our platform, you confirm that the destination address is a valid residential or business location within Singapore.

We understand that receiving your items in a timely manner is a priority. Our standard delivery window is 4 business days from the moment your order is confirmed. This 4-day timeline is divided into two distinct phases to ensure accuracy and quality in fulfillment:
1. Order Processing Phase: We require 2 business days to prepare your items. During this time, our team handles order confirmation, packaging, and dispatch preparation.
2. Transport Phase: Once your package is handed over to our logistics partners, the remaining 2 business days are allocated for final transport to your specified address.
Please note that business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in Singapore. Any orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will begin processing on the following business day.
Vylarsedit utilizes a Cash on Delivery (COD) model for every transaction. We collect the full payment for your purchase at the time the package is delivered to your doorstep. We believe in complete pricing transparency; therefore, we do not apply any hidden charges, additional taxes, or shipping costs to your total.
The price displayed at the final stage of your digital checkout is the exact amount you will provide to our delivery personnel upon arrival. Since we do not process payments online, we do not require or store your credit card or banking information during the ordering process.
Once an order is confirmed, our team begins the two-day packaging and shipping preparation phase. You have the option to request a cancellation as long as the items remain in our physical possession. However, once the product is dispatched and enters the custody of our logistics partners, the cancellation window is closed.
At this stage, the delivery process must be completed, and the package must be received at the destination. We encourage all shoppers to be certain of their selections before finalizing their purchase.
Our logistics partners attempt delivery during standard hours. If you are unavailable at the time of arrival, our team or the delivery personnel may contact you to coordinate a suitable time.
